1. Shane Long
The Tipperary natives current deal at Southampton will expire next year. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Bournemouth scoring just twice. According to reports he is set for a transfer this summer with a number of championship clubs understood to be interested.

2. Shane Duffy
Duffy had a nightmare loan spell at Celtic last season,he himself understood his below-par performances. With Brighton extremely stacked in the centre-back area he will almost certainly leave the seagulls. Perhaps a reunion with ex-Brighton manager Chris Hughton at Nottingham Forest could be ideal for the Derry man.

3. James McClean
How quickly football can turn. McClean was Stoke City’s player of the year last august but now he has been left out of the Potter’s pre-season squad. Stoke boss Michael O’Neill was not impressed when McClean went on international duty while injured last season,he was also suspended by the club for breaching Covid-19 guidelines. The 32 year-olds days at Stoke are numbered, expect to see him on the move.

4. Troy Parrott
Harry Kane’s future is in doubt at but even so it’s hard to see Parrott making the breakthrough at Tottenham anytime soon. The 19 year-old has shown what he can do recently scoring twice for Ireland against Andorra, the Dublin man will be seeking another loan move as he continues to develop at senior level.

5. Adam Idah

Norwich will be fighting for survival in the Premier League this season,Finland international Teemu Pukki will be the canaries loan striker,it’s hard to see where the Cork born attacker will get game time. Despite signing a new contract last christmas,Idah may seek a loan move away from Carrow road.
